My teaching journey began in 1994 and has included piano, voice, music theory and music history. I graduated from the College of Music and Art with a Bachelor degree and am a Royal Conservatory of Music Certified Teacher.
With over 25 years of experience, my approach develops the whole musician, combining a strong technical foundation with musical understanding, creativity and personal expression.
Strong foundations help students learn repertoire with confidence, perform with expression, and enjoy a lifetime of independent music making.
Private lessons are based on the Royal Conservatory of Music Certificate Program, providing a structured and progressive course of study tailored to each student’s level, abilities and goals.

I prepare students for Royal Conservatory of Music examinations using the RCM Certificate Program. Regular examinations provide clear goals, support consistent progress and build confidence through achievement.
